つい先日、「涼しくなってきましたね」とNEWSで書かせて頂きましたが、
本日の宇治市内は見事なまでに30℃近い気温で真夏模様となりました。
いわゆる異常気象という現象なんでしょうね。
気温差が激しいと体調を崩したりする方も多いと思いますのでなるべく体調管理に気をつけて日々を楽しく過ごしたいもんですね。

さて、本日の御紹介はDillmates.のオリジナルSWEAT PANTSです。
5月のOPENする前から個人的にもずっと作りたかったのですがSWEAT PANTSって良いモノはカッコ良く見えますが粗悪なモノは本当に寝間着にしかみえません。
なので、糸の段階から調べてしっかりとした履き心地と肉厚で型崩れしない品質を選び抜いた一番丁度良い「12オンスのSWEAT PANTS」が完成しました。
フロントにはDillmates.のアイコンである鳥のラバーワッペンを縫い付けた仕様で様々なシーンで活用して頂ける様にシンプルなデザインに仕上げています。
履き心地の良さは勿論ですが「型崩れしにくい品質」や「スソの締まり過ぎない感じ」などオススメポイントが山盛りあるので是非、チェックしてみてください。

Just a few days ago, I wrote in our news about how the weather was finally cooling down... but today here in Uji, temperatures spiked back up to nearly 30°C, bringing us an almost mid-summer heat wave.
I suppose this is what they call unseasonable weather! Big temperature swings like this can easily take a toll on your health, so let's all take extra care of ourselves and keep enjoying our days. Today, we are excited to introduce our original Dillmates. SWEAT PANTS.
This is a piece I personally wanted to make even before our grand opening back in May. But sweatpants are tricky—a well-made pair looks incredibly sharp, while a cheap pair looks like nothing more than pajamas.
Because of this, we started from the yarn level, researching and testing to select a heavy-weight, shape-retaining 12 oz fabric with a solid, structured fit. The result is what we consider the "just right" sweatpants.
Finished in a clean, minimalist style with our signature bird rubber patch sewn on the front, they are designed to suit any style or occasion. On a personal note, whenever I listen to this track, it brings back so many memories from back in the day. I was also heavily into AKEEM's feature on this track back then—his style was just effortlessly cool. True classic music really never fades, no matter how much time passes.
